How use Form with AI
What is a Form
A Form is used to collect user information, helping you drive conversions and communicate with your users.
Common use cases include:
Contact Us
Lead generation
Waitlists
Event registrations / User feedback
How to Generate High-Quality Forms with AI
In Talizen, you can generate fully functional forms directly through prompts.
For example:
Create a contact page that includes a contact form
In most cases, the AI will generate a basic, usable form automatically.
However, if you want the form to better match real business needs, we recommend specifying the following details:
1. Define Form Fields Clearly
Be explicit about what information you want to collect.
For a typical contact form, common fields include:
Name
Email
Message
You can also include additional fields such as:
Phone number
Company name
City / Location
Inquiry type (dropdown selection)
👉 The more specific your fields, the closer the result will match real-world use cases.
2. Design Post-Submission Behavior
Describe what should happen after the user submits the form. For example:
Show a confirmation message (Toast / Modal)
→ “Thank you for your message. We’ll get back to you soon.”
Redirect to a dedicated page
→ A separate “Thank You” page (recommended)
3. Specify Visual Style
By default, the form will match your website’s overall design.
If you have a specific style in mind, you can include it in your prompt, such as:
Minimal & modern
Professional & corporate
Friendly & approachable
Illustrative / creative
Example Prompt
Create a contact form that includes:
- Name
- Email
- Phone number
- Inquiry type (dropdown: Website, Design, Branding, Marketing)
- Message
